The Berkeley Hall Golf Learning Center is a state of the art facility that is the centerpiece of this golfer's paradise. Multiple target greens are laser-measured every day and the center even boasts a "Cover Shots" unit - a mobile canopy structure that allows golfers to practice outdoors in comfort during hot or inclement weather. The North Course was named to Golfweek's Top 100 Residential Course in 2005. With a considerable amount of earthmoving at the time of construction, this course provides contours and rolling terrain that is not commonly found in the Lowcountry.

Both the North and South courses have implemented what the developer and architect Tom Fazio have coined "core golf." This technique of golf course design has enable Fazio to put a major emphasis on golf course design without the concern of where housing might encroach on the routing of certain holes. Mission accomplished, because when you play either of these courses you get the feel of the old private golf club experience.
