Hilton Head Plantation

Hilton Head Plantation is one of the most diverse communities in the area, located on the north end of the island and bordering the shores of Port Royal Sound. It features four private golf clubs, a full-service marina, two tennis facilities, and a beach and boardwalk along the sound. There are several distinct neighborhoods within the plantation and an array of housing choices – ranging from quaint patio-style villas to large, elegant homes overlooking the intercoastal waterway and the Port Royal Sound.
