Spring Island is a private 24-hour manned and controlled access. Spring is a small island connected to the mainland by a causeway. It is midway between Beaufort and Hilton Head Island in the heart of South Carolina Low Country. It is one of the most beautiful and historic properties anywhere. Only 400 homes will ever be allowed in this private community. One-third of the island’s 3,000 acres are dedicated to a nature preserve. While riding you may encounter egrets, wood storks, deer, fox squirrels, fox and even the elusive wild turkey.
